| Registration Reminders -Private Pool Rentals, Swim Lessons and Private Swim Lessons – all registrations and reservations will be online only. Reservations cannot be taken by phone or in person. -Have your credit card ready. -Please log in to your Amilia account before registration day, as we use Amilia as our registration platform. If you’ve never attended our pool before, you can set up your account in advance to save time on registration day. For instructions on how to begin the account setup process click this link: https://www.calgaryoutdoorpools.ca/account-creation-process -If you do not know what level your child last completed, visit our report card look up: https://swimgen.net/search/ssop -Once a product is in your shopping cart, your selection will be held for 15 minutes. -Book for your own children only, there are no refunds. -Cancellation policy for swim lessons: To ensure more equitable access to swim lessons, lessons must be paid for at the time of registration. Swim lessons are not refundable or transferable. -If the lesson you are looking for is full – please add yourself to the waitlist. We add more lessons based on demand. -Private pool rental reservations will be limited to one rental per family. Rentals are not refundable or transferable. |
