Private Pool Rentals, Swim Lessons and Private Swim Lessons – all registrations and reservations will be online only in May 2025. Check back in April 2025 for registration dates and activity schedules.

$6 flat rate pricing for pool admission provides a 90-minute swim time for ages 2 and up. Children under 2 years of age may enter at no cost

Swim lessons, private rentals and swim tickets are not refundable or transferable. Swim times will proceed through rain or cooler temperatures, but not through mechanical failures or unsafe weather (lightning, hail, heavy smoke) as deemed by facility staff.

If facility staff cancels a swim time (due to unsafe weather or mechanical failure) before the designated start time, patrons will not be allowed to enter the facility. A credit will be issued by the pool to the swimmer. Credits are good until the end of the season. 

If patrons have started their designated swim time but must evacuate the pool due to unsafe weather, no refunds or credits will be issued. The pool may remain closed until weather conditions improve. 

Silver Springs Outdoor Pool has a concession on site offering a selection of cold beverages, chips, chocolate bars and frozen treats

Pool Rentals Information – Registration open May 2025

Pool rentals are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings 6:15-7:15 pm and 7:30-8:30 pm as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10:30-11:30 am. Cost is $175.00/hour for up to 40 people. An additional $50 will be charged above 40 people. Booking Starts: May 6th 2024 9am online only. We will not be taking bookings by phone or in person. Private rentals will be restricted to one per family. Rentals are are not refundable or transferable.

Swimming Lesson Registration: Registration opens May 2025

Private Swim Lessons – Registration opens May 2025

Private swim lessons are 1 on 1 lessons with a swim instructor. Swimmers’ can work through the Lifesaving society’s swim levels or focus on specific skills. Lessons can be adapted to the requests of the swimmers or parents/guardians. Recommended ages: 3+ years. Registration opens on May 13 2024 9am online only.

• Private: $160 (5 days)
• Semi Private: $240 (5 days)

Deep Water Workout

A water fitness class incorporating the buoyancy and resistance of water to challenge your cardiovascular system and muscle groups. The exercises are done while wearing a flotation belt in deep water. Registration opens May 27th at 9am, online only.

June Session: June 24 – June 28 2024 10:00 – 11:00am | $50 for 5 classes

July Session (Sold Out): July 1 – July 31 2024 | Monday and Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30pm | $100 for 10 classes

August Session (Sold Out): August 5 – August 28 2024 | Monday and Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30pm | $80 for 8 classes

Silver Springs Sharks Swim Club – Registration opens on May 27th at 9am, online only

Do you enjoy getting together with other youths at the Silver Springs Outdoor Pool? We are looking for enthusiastic youth swimmers that want to improve strokes and stay fit at the same time. We will provide the lanes and the coach! This is a recreational swim group and lane swimming will be the primary activity. Please note that children must be at least age 8 and have completed Swimmer 4 or equivalent. No refunds once the session has started. Registration opens on May 27th at 9am – online only.

Junior Sharks | 8-10 years old | Tuesdays 6:15 to 7:15pm | July 2nd to August 20th | Cost: $95.00

Senior Sharks (Sold Out) | 11-16 years old | Thursday 6:15 to 7:15pm | July 4th to August 22nd | Cost: $95.00

Bronze Cross / Bronze Star / Bronze Medallion

About the Pool

The Silver Springs Outdoor Pool offers a single basin 33 metres in length and 12.5 metres in width with a deep end for diving. Depth in the shallow end of 0.965 metres and 4.15 metres in the deep end.  We offer a 1 metre springboard accessible by stairs and a  3 metre platform accessible by stairs

Programs are available for any age and swim level, including open lane swim for adults and dedicated time for public swim.
