Programs

Looking to get fit, get moving and meet neighbours with similar interests? Look no further! SSCA offers a variety of fitness classes or drop in times for any age and fitness level.

Programs will look a bit different this year. Class sizes have been limited, all classes will require advance registration, and registrants must bring their own equipment. (ask us about borrowing equipment!) Daily COVID waivers will also be required.  The health and safety of our instructors and participants is foremost in our thoughts.
