Board Room Puck Set Up Instructions for Mac Users

Download the Click Share Desktop App for Mac by going to this website: https://www.barco.com/en/support/software/R3306192

Accept the download warning message

Open the folder that downloaded, and ClickShare_Setup.dmg

Drag the ClickShare icon into the applications folder

After the copying is complete, click on Applications to open the folder

Click on “ClickShare” and accept the warning that appears

Accept the location warning – this is important as it allows your computer to find the Board Room to present to

ClickShare needs permission to record and share your screen. Click the “Open System Settings” button

Toggle “Clickshare” to ON

Enter your password when prompted

A box will appear at the bottom right corner, and you’re good to go!
