Sunset room
This large, 46′ x 60′, bright multipurpose hall has gorgeous oak hardwood floors and a stage. It is ideal for weddings and social events. Maximum seating capacity for dining or meeting purposes is 175. The sunset room comes with padded banquet chairs and round 5′ banquet tables that comfortably seat eight people. Function rental rates: This room rents for $1000 per day and includes basic kitchen use. This room rents on an hourly basis at $100 per hour. Saturday Evening rental requires a booking for a minimum of 5 hours.
Audio/Visual rental rates: $50 event rental fee includes nine and a half foot screen and ceiling mounted LCD projector.
Kitchen: A flat fee is charged for the use of the kitchen with an hourly rental.
Events serving alcohol: A valid liquor license must be obtained and provided to the office staff prior to the function.
Booking deposit: $250 (should you cancel, your booking deposit is not refundable).
Damage deposit: $1000
Decorations: there is an opportunity to decorate the evening before, for an additional fee of $200 (pending availability).
Board room
This bright carpeted 30′ x 20′ room is ideal for meetings or small gatherings with a maximum capacity of 50 people.
Function rental rates: this room rents on an hourly basis at $60 per hour. There are 50 chairs and 6 foot rectangular tables.
Audio visual rental Rates: $50 rental fee includes 8 foot screen and ceiling mounted LCD projector.
Booking deposit: $60 (non-refundable).
Damage Deposit: $300
Common Room
This is a large multipurpose 55’ x 26’ room located in the lower level of the Silver Springs Community Association with a separate entrance. Ideal for children’s birthday parties, dry-land training etc.
Room maximum occupancy: 50 people with 50 chairs available and 6 foot rectangular tables included in the rental. There are no toys/equipment available to rent.
Function rental rates: this room rents on an hourly basis at $50 per hour.
Booking deposit: $50 (non-refundable).
Damage deposit: $100
Commercial kitchen
Includes an eight burner gas stovetop, two commercial ovens, large walk-in refrigerator, upright freezer. The countertops are stainless steel complete with a commercial grade central island and dishwasher. The rental fee is $40 per hour.
