Finance Sub-Committee Member Recruitment (Call for Interest)

The Finance Committee is seeking to add two (2) new Sub-Committee Members (Advisors) from the community.

We are looking for individuals who are interested in contributing their time, skills, and perspective to support the financial oversight and planning of the Association. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial stewardship of our community and play a key leadership role in supporting major initiatives, including the upcoming building expansion.

About the Role

Finance Sub-Committee Members (Advisors) support the Finance Committee by participating in discussions and providing input on key financial matters. This is a non-Board volunteer advisory role.

Advisors will work closely with the Finance Committee and Board, contributing to both operational oversight and longer-term financial planning

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome interest from individuals in the broader community who bring strong financial
expertise and sound judgement, including:

● CPA designation preferred (or equivalent senior financial experience)
● Experience in financial management, accounting and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
● Ability to contribute to strategic financial discussions
● Comfort operating in a governance-focused environment

No previous committee experience is required. Orientation and support will be provided.

Time Commitment
● Attendance at regular monthly Finance Committee meetings (schedule to be provided)
● Occasional review of meeting materials in advance

● Term to begin as soon as possible, with the goal of appointments in place by the end of the summer 2026
