Christmas Craft Market – Vendor Applications!

Our Craft Market is Returning This Fall! 
We’re excited to welcome back vendors and shoppers for another amazing season. Please take a moment to read the important information below before registering:

What You Need to Know Before Registering:

• Registration is online only. Registration will open August 1 at 9AM.
  Please complete our registration form and include clear photos of your work.
• Category Limits:
  If your product category is already full at the time of your registration, your fee will be fully refunded, and you will be placed on a waitlist.
• Food Vendors:
  All food must be prepared in a commercial kitchen, and you must provide a valid AHS (Alberta Health Services) certificate.
• Communication:
  You will receive email updates and details from our team as the event date approaches.

Craft Market FAQ

When is the market?
Saturday, November 15, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

How much is it to register?

• $45 for one (1) six-foot table
• If you wish to bring a free-standing rack, an additional $20 fee applies (space permitting)

Can I register over the phone or in person?
No. All registrations must be completed online through our website.

Can I request the same table I had last year?
You may request a preferred location during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate, but placement is not guaranteed.

I need to cancel. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds until October 1, 2025, with a 20% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued after October 1.

Can my friend and I share a table?
Yes, table sharing is allowed, but:

• All products must fit on your assigned table
• You must not obstruct other vendors’ tables or block the flow of foot traffic

Can I sell home business products (e.g. Scentsy, Norwex, Candlelit, etc.)?
No. This market is exclusively for handmade or homemade goods created by the vendor.
