Annual General Meeting at 7pm

The Annual General Meeting will be conducted in person at SSCA. Everyone is welcome to attend, however In order to vote in the Annual General Meeting, you require a Silver Springs Community Association 2025-2026 Membership. For more details on membership, visit https://silverspringscommunity.ca/membership.

Pre-registration is available but not required for members who wish to vote. Households that are members may register up to two people to vote at the AGM. If you wish to register two people, please complete the form for the first participant, and then return to the webpage and complete the form again for the second participant. 

Any Voting Member wishing to make a motion at the Annual General Meeting shall so advise the Secretary (secretary@silverspringscommunity.ca) in writing no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM.
