Annual General Meeting at 7pm

The Annual General Meeting will be conducted in person at SSCA. Everyone is welcome to attend, however In order to vote in the Annual General Meeting, you require a Silver Springs Community Association 2025-2026 Membership. For more details on membership, visit https://silverspringscommunity.ca/membership.

Pre-registration is available but not required for members who wish to vote. Households that are members may register up to two people to vote at the AGM. If you wish to register two people, please complete the form for the first participant, and then return to the webpage and complete the form again for the second participant.

Any Voting Member wishing to make a motion at the Annual General Meeting shall so advise the Secretary (secretary@silverspringscommunity.ca) in writing no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM.

Are you interested in becoming one of our Board of Directors?

At the AGM, the SSCA Board of Directors Nominating Committee shall recommend to the Board candidates to fill any vacancies on the Board and shall nominate a full slate of candidates for election to the Board. The Board of Directors of the SSCA is seeking nominations for eligible members of the SSCA who are interested in serving on the Board. Interested parties should provide an expression of interest and list of qualifications or resume to the following address by no later than January 26 2026, after which nominations will be closed:
