Our venue provides a wide range of room options for various events, including weddings, birthday parties, markets, exercise classes, church gatherings, art workshops, kids programs, and more.

Sunset Room 
Our spacious 46′ x 60′ multipurpose hall is bright, inviting, and features beautiful oak hardwood floors and a stage. It’s the perfect venue for weddings, social events, and gatherings. The room comfortably accommodates up to 175 guests for dining or meetings.

The Sunset Room is equipped with padded banquet chairs and round 5′ tables that seat eight guests each, providing flexibility for your event needs.

Board Room

Our bright, carpeted 30′ x 20′ Board Room is the perfect space for meetings, workshops, or small gatherings. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, this versatile room offers a professional and comfortable setting for your event.

 

Ideal for meetings, workshops, bridal showers, adult birthday parties, the Board Room provides a bright and inviting environment for all types of business or community gatherings.

Common Room

This is a large multipurpose 55’ x 26’ room located in the lower level of the Silver Springs Community Association with a separate entrance. Ideal for children’s birthday parties, dry-land training etc.  

Room maximum occupancy: 50 people with 50 chairs available and 6 foot rectangular tables included in the rental. There are no toys/equipment available to rent.

Commercial Kitchen

Includes an eight burner gas stovetop, two commercial ovens, large walk-in refrigerator, upright freezer. The countertops are stainless steel complete with a commercial grade central island and dishwasher. The rental fee is $40 per hour
