About SSCAA community association built on volunteers
The Silver Springs Community Association has been serving the Silver Springs neighbourhood since 1975. As a registered non-profit and charitable organization, we are volunteer-powered — run by residents, for residents.
We operate programs for all ages and interests, maintain community spaces such as the outdoor rink, edible garden, and pump track, and host free community events throughout the year.
Silver Springs is a wonderful neighbourhood situated above the Bow River in northwest Calgary. Our community association exists to make it even better — providing programs, spaces, and events that bring neighbours together and make Silver Springs one of Calgary's most sought-after communities.
Membership is open to all Silver Springs residents and families from neighbouring communities. From $20 per year — your membership directly supports everything we do.
GovernanceBoard of Directors
The SSCA Board of Directors is elected annually at our Annual General Meeting in January. Board members are volunteer residents who give their time to govern and guide the association.
