Tuesdays: 11am – 12pm Instructor: Marcy

Take a moment for yourself. Classes will focus on gently stretching, breathing exercises and meditation. It doesn’t matter how flexible you are as long as you do what you can. Class runs on Tuesdays, 11 – 12pm

Session 1: January 18 – April 5 (9 weeks) No class February 1 and March 29) $90

Session 2: April 12 – June 13 ( 10 weeks) $100 Note this is a Scent Free class.
