2023 Annual General Meeting
January 11 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The upcoming SSCA AGM will be held on January 11, 2024. We will be serving pizza and refreshments at 6pm with the meeting to follow at 7pm. At the AGM, the SSCA Board of Directors Nominating Committee shall recommend to the Board, candidates to fill any vacancies and shall nominate a full slate of candidates for election to the Board. Are you interested in becoming one of our board of directors?
The Board of Directors of the SSCA is seeking nominations for eligible Members of the SSCA who are interested in serving on the Board. We are looking for individuals with a variety of skills and experience. In particular we are looking to fill the role of Director of Community Development. Candidates expressing interest for this position will ideally have an infrastructure and community development background however we encourage all with a desire to contribute to their community to contact us. Interested parties should provide an expression of interest and list of qualifications or resume to the following address by no later than December 27, 2023, after which nominations will be closed:

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be conducted in person at SSCA. In order to vote in the Annual General Meeting, you require a Silver Springs Community Association 2023-2024 Membership. For more details on membership, visit https://silverspringscommunity.ca/membership.
Households that are members may register up to two people to participate in, and vote at, the AGM. If you wish to register two people, please complete the form for the first participant, and then return to the webpage and complete the form again for the second participant.
