Beginner Ball & Barre

Registration opens December 1st 2022 at 9am online

Jan 11 – Feb 15 2023 (6 weeks) $60  This class will focus on low-impact movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength and flexibility at the barre, this full body workout will target core muscles with the stability ball. No experience required, open to all fitness levels. Modifications to all exercises will be demonstrated to increase/decrease intensity
