Group Fitness – We are hiring!

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Group Fitness Instructor! You will be responsible for leading fitness classes and providing guidance to individuals on their exercise routines. We offer classes 4 times weekly, 9:15-10:15am Monday to Thursday. Our loyal demographic is between 40-85 years old. This position will start after the September long weekend. We would invite you to shadow the current instructor during the month of June. We do not have classes during July and August.

Our current classes include exercises for improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility.


– Conduct fitness classes in a professional and engaging manner

– Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper technique to prevent injuries

– Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness objectives

– Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients


-Current CPR/First Aid

-Minimum 2 years experience leading group fitness classes
